Not only will taking care of your clothes make them look better, it can also help them last longer and help you avoid constantly buying new clothing, saving you a ton of money. We do not recommend machine washing your cardigan, but instead to hang your mohair knit in the bathroom during a shower as damp steam will keep it fresh and get rid of odours. You can also freeze it in a plastic bag for several hours. Mohair has natural anti-bacterial properties, therefore the fibres do not allow bacteria to accumulate. If you would prefer to wash your cardigan, we recommend washing it on a gentle wash program at 30 degrees, or gently hand washing it.
