I’m originally from Copenhagen, Denmark, but for the past 10 years, I’ve called East London home, where I live with my family. In 2018, I founded Øst London, a clothing brand and shop nestled in the heart of Shoreditch, East London. The name Øst London—meaning "East London" in Danish—reflects both our roots and our connection to this vibrant area.

I’ve spent the past 25 years working in the fashion industry, and starting Øst London was a way to bring together my passion for timeless design, quality craftsmanship, and sustainable fashion.

What We Stand For
At Øst London, we produce limited quantities of timeless styles, crafted with care to last. Most of our collection is produced in Italy, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.

Since its founding in 2018, Øst London has grown into a beloved knitwear and clothing brand, known for its accessible Scandinavian street style with a touch of East London edge. Our shop is located on Commercial Street, just outside Spitalfields Market, a perfect location that bridges the rich heritage of the area with its modern, creative energy.

With a nod to my Scandinavian roots, Øst London is all about blending the minimalism and functionality of Scandinavian design with the urban vibrancy of East London. Whether you’re looking for effortless knitwear or versatile wardrobe staples, Øst London offers pieces designed to be both stylish and sustainable.
